If it's labled "domestic arts" or "lifestyle" it's about food or sewing or something equally practical. Often the food one's will have a link to a recipe.

If it's labeled "fiction" it is fiction.

If it's labeled "UftPM" it is an Update from the Plotless Monster. Which is semi-fact based on actual events but maybe very subjective.

I recommend readers to look things up according to interest in either of these broad categories. That way you don't have to read everything.
